What more can be said? We had a great Hound Classic 2015! Ahram's Rebel Yell at TripleStar finished his AKC Championship with his 4th major at the AM show under breeder- judge Ms. Luane V. Williams of Five Alarm kennels. TripleStar Blazin' Benelli won the competitive Bred-By Exhibitor class in the friday afternoon specialty and was Reserve Winner bitch to the major. On Sunday, Winway Francie Fairchild at TripleStar won the Open class and was Reserve Winners Bitch to the major under judge Mrs. Stacy Davis.
We had a great time attending The 139th Annual Westminster Kennel Club dog show in support of our good friends Mark Goodwein and Bonnie Goodwein (Koppertone Vizslas) for the debut of the Wirehaired Vizsla. I had been helping to show the female, Olivia at all breed shows so it was lovely to have both of these fine champions in the ring making breed history for the first time. Group Winning Ch. Zoldmali Csongor SH CM, "Izzy" successfully took Best of Breed, as the first Wirehairzed Vizsla BOB at Westminster. You can bet that we had a huge cheering section for the Sporting Group debut! It was a pleasure to see so many great people and their dogs, including the whippet GCH Sporting Fields Shameless, "Brazen" handled to perfection by Amanda Giles. Congratulations to all of the winners. Just being there is an honor!
Francie whippet was selected as Winners at the Burbank Kennel club Sunday 2014. We are also very proud to introduce our very special first Ibizan Hound from Ahram Kennels, Michelle Paulin! Ahram's Rebel Yell at Triplestar aka " Billy Idol "
He was also awarded winners and BOS for his first point at the Burbank Kennel Club. We are excited for our fun filled future with this dog who has the most sweet and fun loving nature. Thank you to judge Mr. Irving Bonios for appreciating moderate and sound moving dogs! Jubilee Songs from the Wood - "Turi" picked up her third major, 5 points, by going best of breed over specials and Hound Group 1 from the bred by exhibitor class Saturday, August 30, 2014, under judge Mrs. Lowell Davis at the Cheyenne Kennel Club. On Sunday, August 30, 2014 with judge Mr. Lowell Davis, she repeated the best of breed for more points! Always lovingly presented by her Breeder - Owner Cindi Gredys! We are all so proud of the Ruger x Bianca babies! :)
TripleStar Blazin' Benelli has been picking up points from the Bred-By exhibitor class. Our thanks to judges Mrs. Murrel Purhiser at the Channel City Kennel Club and Ms. Carol Reisman at the Santa Barbara Kennel Club 2014 for her most recent wins! We are so thrilled that her smooth, classic Whippet outline and balanced sidegait are well appreciated by respected judges.
Jubilee Songs from the Wood - "Turi" (CH TripleStar Son of a Gun, JC x GCH Bohem Bianca of Jubilee, SC) won back to back majors for her first 2 show entries from the Bred-by exhibitor class. After several delays, Am Ch TripleStar Son of a Gun, JC - "Ruger" (Now Imp. USA) has safely arrived in Australia, and after a brief 10 days in Quarantine, he will go to his forever home with Vanessa Taylor of Kanati Whippets and Greyhounds! We all love him and will miss him but it is a great honor that he has done so well in the USA and is off to spread his joy abroad! It was a great TEAM effort! A hearty thank you to everyone involved for loving Ruger, driving him all over and socializing him perfectly. A special thanks to our friend Cindi Gredys (Jubilee Hounds) for assisting in Ruger's fantastic show career and allowing Ruger to have a date with the lovely top 20 and multi-group placing GCH Bohem Bianca of Jubilee, SC ! His babies have the same exuberance as their daddy and will hit the show rings soon in the US. We are blessed to have such wonderful people and dogs in our life to share in the journey! Ruger has a fantastic outgoing temperament, gets along with all animals and has never known a stranger. He has arrived as a healthy Cardiac-Echo NORMAL and CERF eyes NORMAL proven stud dog and we know that he will continue to make us proud with all of his future endeavors. We could not be more proud for our first home-bred champion. (OFFA LINK) |
